Entry-Level Welder – Structural Steel
We are hiring entry-level welders! Have you ever wanted a welding career but don't have the experience required — we provide paid, on-the-job training. If you're hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn a trade, we want to meet you. This position is Monday - Saturday, 6:00am - 6:00pm.
What You'll Do

Set up and operate welding equipment (MIG, flux-core, or stick) to join structural steel beams, columns, and plates

Read basic blueprints and weld symbols under the guidance of experienced welders

Tack and weld components to meet quality and code standards

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For

No prior welding experience necessary; certificate or vocational training a plus but not required

High school diploma or GED preferred

Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn

Able to work well as part of a team
Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift, carry, and move materials weighing 70+ lbs

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods

Must pass a pre-employment physical exam and drug screening

Comfortable working in a shop environment with heat, noise, and welding fumes while wearing required PPE
