We are seeking an experienced Naehas Developer with strong expertise in Naehas Offer Management and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The resource will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise offer management and digital experience solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Naehas, developing AEM components, and integrating marketing, customer data, and fulfillment systems.
Required Experience:
5+ years of overall IT experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Naehas Offer Management.
3+ years of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Credit Card domains preferred.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and develop Naehas offer management solutions, including offer setup, metadata, business rules, segmentation, disclosures, and workflows.
Design and implement offer eligibility, personalization, approval workflows, and governance controls.
Develop AEM components, templates, Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, and DAM integrations.
Build integrations between Naehas, AEM, customer data sources, CRM systems, and downstream fulfillment platforms.
Develop REST APIs, batch interfaces, data feeds, and orchestration services
Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Support content migration, offer migration, and platform modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with business, marketing, architecture, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.
Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and operational runbooks.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $43.69/hour - $68.26/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
