We are a locally owned private dental practice dedicated to comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry. Our team works closely together to create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We emphasize education, prevention, and long-term oral health.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
- Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
- Take digital radiographs (X-rays)
- Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Review and update medical histories
- Collaborate closely with the dentist to develop patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes
- Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and build lasting patient relationships
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Current state Dental Hygienist license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a close-knit team
