We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our regional marketing initiatives and drive growth in the Cincinnati market. In this role, you will oversee campaign execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with daily operations, and build local brand awareness.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Campaign Execution: Develop, implement, and track end-to-end marketing campaigns tailored to the Cincinnati and tri-state market.
- Operational Alignment: Coordinate closely with sales, product, and leadership departments to align our overarching growth strategies with daily operations.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust lead generation pipeline to support regional business development goals.
- Brand Strategy: Direct local public relations, digital advertising, and community engagement efforts to elevate our brand presence.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rates) and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in marketing management, brand management, or a similar business development role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Local Insight: Strong knowledge of the Cincinnati business landscape and target demographics is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, SEO/SEM tools, and social media management suites).
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage timelines, cross-department communication, and external vendor relationships.
