We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst (2nd Shift) to support daily operations and deliver excellent customer experiences. This role is a great fit for someone who works well in a fast-paced setting and takes responsibility for resolving issues quickly and professionally. Auto repair experience is a plus but not required. We welcome candidates who are motivated, eager to learn, and truly passionate about cars.
Schedule requirement
This is a six day onsite role in Sterling Virginia.
Work hours
1 pm - 10 pm EST.

What you will do
- Act as escalation coordinator for service issues and help drive rapid resolution
- Coordinate technician schedules and routing
- Serve as primary service advisor for customer inquiries and repair recommendations
- Review diagnostics and estimates for accuracy
- Communicate clearly with customers technicians and fleet accounts
- Monitor repair progress and provide real time support
- Track operational performance and assist with process improvements
- Maintain service quality and support strong customer satisfaction
