Contact Lens Technician
We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Contact Lens Technician to join our team at Looks! In this role, you'll help patients with their contact lens needs while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced eye care office.
What You'll Do:
- Educate patients on proper contact lens use and care
- Provide exceptional patient service and administrative support
- Assist with inventory management and department organization
- Support marketing efforts and department growth
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to learn medical terminology and contact lens procedures
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Experience in eye care or a medical office is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate!
- Knowledge of EMR systems, HIPAA, sales, or marketing is a bonus
