Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and fill prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
- Assist customers with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
- Handle insurance claims and resolve billing issues
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventory
- Support pharmacists in daily operations to ensure workflow efficiency
- Follow all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacy Technician License (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred but not required
