We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment using a pick list or handheld scanning device. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order sheets or RF scanners
- Prepare and stage orders for shipping or delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy
- Meet daily productivity and performance targets
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Pay: $23.00 - $27.80 per hour
