We are hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) / BCaBAs to join our growing team!
Qualifications:
- Certified BCBA or
- BCaBA or RBT currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program
- Experience providing client services and supervision is preferred
Work locations: - Multiple ABA therapy centers throughout Florida.
Locations Available: Spring Hill, Brandon, Yulee, Lithia, Wesley Chapel, Clearwater, Kissimmee, and many more Florida locations.
What We Offer:
· Hybrid Work Schedule - We primarily operate with an in-person work model. After successfully completing your onboarding and ramp-up period, you may be eligible for a hybrid schedule of 1–2 remote workdays per week, based on business and client needs. Remote workdays are regular workdays and include client services, supervision responsibilities, and administrative tasks as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Annual Salary
- Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)
- Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
- 1-2 days remote work weekly plus 15 paid days off and 9 holidays annually.
