ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of eight. I studied Insurance and Risk Management in college and began my career as a State Farm team member after graduation before opening my own agency. Outside of work, I enjoy sports and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
Our agency is proud to stay involved in the community by sponsoring local events, school activities, and sports teams throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Brandon Baxter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
