Chasing Your Dreams LLC (CYD) is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide medically necessary ABA services within local schools. This is not a school district position—you will be employed by CYD, a BCBA-owned ABA company, while collaborating with school staff to support learners in their educational environment. Your day is spent in schools supporting students, supervising RBTs, collaborating with educators, and providing high-quality behavioral services.
Responsibilities
- Provide school-based ABA services
- Supervise RBTs providing direct treatment
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, therapists, and families
- Develop and update behavior intervention plans
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming
- Complete clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- North Carolina LBA
