Job Overview
We are seeking reliable hard-working CNAs for our Long Term Care facility in Lafayette/Andover NJ. Full-time, part-time and per diem shifts available.
Duties
Provide or assist with basic care under the direction of onsite licensed nursing staff
Assist residents with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
Assist residents with mobility
Monitor residents condition and vital signs
Report any concerns to supervising nursing staff
Communicate with residents, families and visitors
Identify patient needs and assist with them
Changing linen
Requirements
Current CNA certification from the State of New Jersey
Must be able to lift
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to reach, bend, push, pull, do repetitive motions
Must be able to speak and understand English
