We offer services including weight loss therapy, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, nutrient injections, medical marijuana certifications, wellness treatments, restorative therapies, and aesthetic services.
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Patient Care / Clinical Support Specialist to provide clinical support services across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate is efficient, self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Position Overview
The Patient Care / Clinical Support Specialist will provide patient care support, medication management, inventory oversight, and operational assistance across our four clinic locations. The contractor will regularly visit at least three of our four offices and may provide patient care services at all locations as needed.
This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, experience working with medications, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Administer injections and treatments as directed by providers and within scope of credentials and applicable regulations
- Prepare and draw up medications for patient appointments
- Obtain and document patient vital signs and clinical information
- Accurately chart patient interactions and treatment information in electronic medical records
- Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and provider recommendations
- Assist providers during patient visits as needed
- Ensure a positive, professional, and supportive patient experience
Medication & Prescription Management
- Monitor prescription requests and medication orders
- Coordinate medication fulfillment and deliveries between pharmacies, providers, patients, and clinic locations
- Maintain accurate medication inventory records
- Order medications and clinical supplies for office use
- Track inventory levels and maintain daily medication logs
- Ensure proper handling and storage of medications in accordance with clinic protocols
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist the Operations Director with clinical and operational projects
- Maintain accurate records, reports, logs, and documentation
- Support workflow organization and process improvements
- Communicate effectively with providers, staff, pharmacies, and patients
- Help maintain efficient operations across multiple clinic locations
Qualifications Required
- Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, medical office, medspa, or clinical setting
- Experience working with medications, prescription coordination, inventory management, or medical ordering processes
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable, efficient, and self-motivated
- Professional references required
Preferred
- Medical Assistant, LPN, Phlebotomist, EMT, Paramedic, or other relevant clinical experience
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
- Experience in weight loss, hormone therapy, alternative healthcare, wellness clinics, functional medicine, or medspa environments
- Medication inventory management experience

Compensation
Compensation is competitive and will be based on qualifications, credentials, experience, and ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity and is not an employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and applicable business expenses.
