Process Technician (Injection Molding)

12-hour night shift (6pm–6am, rotating schedule)
We are hiring an experienced Process Technician to support injection molding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include mold setups, startups, and changeovers, troubleshooting machine, mold, material, and process issues, adjusting process parameters, supporting production, and reducing downtime. You will also ensure quality standards are met, document process changes, and follow 5S/SMED practices.
Requirements: 3+ years injection molding experience, strong mold setup and troubleshooting skills, experience with automation or robotics preferred, and basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Must be able to work a 12-hour night shift.

Experience:
- Plastics injection molding: 3 years (Preferred)
