Quality Control Technician – NPCA Precast Concrete / WV State Certified Producer
ACI Certification required. WV PCC Inspector and NPCA PQS I strongly preferred—we hire in this order:
Fully certified (ACI + WV PCC + NPCA PQS I) – top rate
ACI only – strong starting rate with fast-track training for remaining certs
No experience – hired as Tech Trainee at entry rate, trained in-house to full QC role
Pay scales with existing certifications and concrete/QC experience. This position includes predictable pay growth with tenure. Willing to train from zero, expect trainee-level compensation while learning the trade. Dental and vision available at group rates after 6 months.
The Work is split between job sites and indoor facilities (within 60 air-miles of main location). Heavy on hands-on concrete testing, sampling, and dirty fieldwork. Indoor paperwork, data entry, and compliance documentation.
Computer literacy required; concrete testing, QC operations, and crew supervision experience all pluses
