Our client is a Not-for-Profit seeking an Executive level Director to join their firm
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to advance the organization's mission, driving long-term growth, operational excellence, and measurable community impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with board members, donors, community partners, government agencies, and other key stakeholders to expand organizational reach and resources.
- Lead organizational planning, financial stewardship, and resource development, ensuring sustainable funding, fiscal accountability, and compliance with nonprofit regulations.
- Inspire, develop, and oversee a high-performing team by fostering a collaborative culture centered on accountability, innovation, and service excellence.
- Serve as the organization's primary ambassador, representing its mission through advocacy, public engagement, fundraising initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's required
- 9+ years of relevant experience
- Must have experience overseeing direct reports.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

Pay: $170,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
