Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for young children in the toddler age group, fostering their developmental growth through playful learning and compassionate caregiving. Duties
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth for toddlers
- Supervise children closely to ensure safety at all times during indoor and outdoor play
- Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and independence among young children
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress, milestones, and any concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports learning and safety standards
- Support children with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and personal hygiene
Requirements
- Prior experience working with young children in child care, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and child supervision best practices
- Certification in first aid and CPR (Pediatric First Aid preferred) to ensure quick response in emergencies. (Offer training)
- Familiarity with special education needs and experience working with children with disabilities is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Demonstrated commitment to early childhood education through relevant coursework or teaching experience with toddlers.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
