What We’re Looking For
- Experience installing closets, cabinetry, or similar finish work.
- Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and work independently or with a small team.
- Physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
- A mindset that values craftsmanship, accountability, and getting better every week.
