What You'll Do
- Own the Sales Process: Manage leads from initial contact to contract signing for roofing, windows, gutters, siding, and epoxy projects.
- Consultative Selling: Meet with property owners, assess their needs, present solutions, and close deals.
- Territory Management: Actively build and maintain a pipeline of residential and/or commercial clients.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent our 16-year legacy of quality craftsmanship with professionalism and integrity.
- Self-Manage: Utilize your independent drive to set daily goals, follow up on leads, and maximize your territory’s ROI.
What We Are Looking For
- The Killer Instinct: A proven track record in high-ticket sales (experience in roofing, construction, home remodeling, or home services is a massive plus, but we will train the right attitude).
- Independence: Someone who doesn't need a manager looking over their shoulder to get out of bed and hunt.
- Strong Communication: Ability to build instant rapport with homeowners and commercial property managers alike.
- Reliable Transportation: This is a field-based role; you must have a dependable vehicle to visit job sites and clients.

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end retail sales management
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively with integrity
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and healthy organizational skills
- Experience in sales operations, inventory control, and retail math is preferred
- Ability to perform occasional cold calling, upselling, and outbound sales activities confidently
- Knowledge of the residential construction industry is a massive plus
- Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and public speaking skills

Pay: $64,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
