Your New Role:
Are you looking to take on substantive, rewarding work at a specialized plaintiffs’ personal injury firm? Consider joining this boutique firm as their newest Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Paralegal! In this role, you’ll support attorneys who represent plaintiffs in cases involving long-term care neglect and abuse, medical malpractice, and car crash injuries.
You’ll put your personal injury experience to use as you handle records requests; manage discovery; gather and update medical billing, lien, and insurance information; and draft and e-file pleadings. Your attorneys will also rely on your support preparing for mediations and trials. Additional tasks will include facilitating new client intakes, coordinating with expert witnesses, processing incoming and outgoing mail, calendaring deadlines, and maintaining organized client and case files. You’ll be included in meetings each week, where you’ll discuss case status and strategy.
This team works hard to fight for their clients. They’re hoping to find someone who shares their passion for plaintiffs’ work and supportive, collaborative workstyle. Competitive candidates will also possess excellent attention to detail, technical aptitude, and strong drafting skills.
This is a very flexible hybrid position.
