Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our outpatient clinical team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide expert behavioral assessment and intervention services to children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Your expertise will help improve clients’ communication, social skills, and daily functioning through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while balancing your professional and personal commitments.
Center-based for individual ABA services as well as support on site for participation in therapy services and classes / programs.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement and supervise individualized ABA therapy programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collect, analyze, and document data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with clients’ families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to share progress updates, provide training on behavior intervention techniques, and support behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
- Participate in intake assessments and contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans aligned with each client’s unique needs.
- Support clients during school visits or community outings as needed, promoting generalization of skills across environments.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in clinical or educational settings, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disabilities.
- Strong background in data collection methods, behavioral psychological assessments, and functional assessments such as FBA.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior intervention strategies, and behavioral health principles.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards including HIPAA compliance.
- Prior experience conducting diagnostic evaluations or supporting clients through intake processes is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision or mentorship within a behavioral health setting is preferred.

Pay: $76,288.82 - $91,874.71 per year
