Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Licensed Property & Casualty (4-40) Customer Service Representative/Commissions Specialist to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and behind-the-scenes operational work. Your primary responsibility will be learning and managing the agency's commission processing while also providing outstanding service to our Property & Casualty clients.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, eager to learn, and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
What You'll Do
- Learn and become proficient in the agency's commission processing procedures.
- Process commissions accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and carrier guidelines.
- Learn and utilize QQ Catalyst to manage policies, client information, and agency workflows. Previous QQ Catalyst experience is a plus but not required.
- Service Property & Casualty insurance accounts, including policy changes, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and client requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through responsive, professional communication.
- Answer client questions regarding policies, billing, and coverage while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.
- Work closely with producers, carriers, and internal team members to ensure efficient agency operations.
- Assist with reports, documentation, and other administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Active Florida 4-40 Property & Casualty Customer Representative License required.
- Previous experience in a Property & Casualty insurance agency preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused.
- Experience with QQ Catalyst or other agency management systems is preferred but not required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Pay: $48,520.65 - $58,433.47 per year
