Position Overview
The Intake Manager is responsible for overseeing the client intake process from the initial call through sign-up while ensuring every potential client receives outstanding service. This role also plays an active part in analyzing lead performance, improving conversion rates, and contributing new marketing and business development ideas to help the firm continue to grow.

Responsibilities
- Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients.
- Evaluate potential personal injury cases.
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients.
- Manage and oversee the intake department.
- Train, coach, and motivate intake staff.
- Develop strategies to improve intake performance and conversion rates.
- Analyze lead sources and recommend ways to improve lead quality and return on investment.
- Generate creative ideas to increase case sign-ups and grow the firm's client base.
- Monitor intake metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and marketing staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Perform legal administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Utilize legal research tools when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Personal Injury experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Previous experience managing an intake department or intake team preferred
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law, legal terminology, and case evaluation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Experience with legal software and case management systems is preferred
- Familiarity with Westlaw and Microsoft Office is a plus
