About the Role:
Hooters is seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to support the leadership team at one of our restaurant locations. In this role, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, profitability, and delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences. This position requires strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to lead and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, training, and adherence to company standards.
- Support the General Manager in achieving operational and financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
- Monitor restaurant performance, including cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Help manage scheduling, payroll, and assist with hiring and onboarding processes.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Maintain safe working conditions and enforce company policies.
- Provide outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in restaurant operations preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service certifications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Completion of Hooters training programs and certifications (or willingness to complete).
Physical & Work Requirements:
- Ability to stand/walk for 8–12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a hot kitchen and fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
