The Senior Transition Support Partner plays a critical role in facilitating the smooth and efficient onboarding of financial advisors and their teams who are transitioning to LPL Financial Corp. This individual acts as a primary point of contact, guiding advisors through the transition process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately, and providing comprehensive support to minimize disruption and maximize advisor satisfaction.
Consult with prospective advisors to understand their business structure and develop customized transition strategies that support a successful move to LPL.
Deliver comprehensive training on LPL technology platforms, operational processes, and third-party solutions to prepare advisors and staff for day-one success.
Provide repapering and account transition support, including account setup, tracking asset transfers, account funding, and managing related client notifications.
Serve as the primary advisor contact throughout the transition process, leveraging critical thinking and independent judgment to address complex business needs.
Communicate transition progress, risks, and updates to advisors and internal business partners while coordinating solutions across multiple departments.
Conduct virtual and in-person technology demonstrations for prospective advisors and support ongoing adoption of LPL tools and resources.
Mentor and coach team members, assist with escalations, participate in hiring activities, and support departmental initiatives and change management efforts.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies while advocating for enhancements that improve advisor and employee experiences.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn and navigate financial services technology platforms.
Strong presentation, communication, and training skills, including experience explaining technology and operational processes to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, manage complex projects, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in training, business consulting, or practice management within the investment services industry.
FINRA Series 7 and Series 63, 65, or 66 licenses.
Experience supporting advisors across multiple business models, including wirehouse, regional, independent, RIA, retirement, or institutional channels.
Proficiency with LPL core technology and Salesforce.
Pay Range:
$79,310.00 - $132,149.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
