Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person
- Calling Leads through our crm and writing detail notes and following up with prospects.
- Requirements
- Must speak fluent Spanish and English
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in grocery or similar environments
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are a plus
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
- Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising, stocking, and customer service standards
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers
- Flexibility to work varied shifts in a fast-paced retail setting
