Duties
This is a part-time or full-time remote position for a Remote Travel Advisor. The Remote Travel Advisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and offering personalized travel recommendations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients throughout the booking process and ensuring all travel details are accurate and organized for a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to understand and respond to client needs
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and working in a Travel Agency environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and experience in managing travel logistics
- Proficiency in using travel booking tools and platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and activities is an advantage
Pay: $1.00 - $50,000.00 per year
