The HR Admin provides exceptional support to employees, contractors, and interpreters throughout their employment lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding, government clearance processes, compliance, and employee experience.
We're looking for someone who

● Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications
● Has experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, or People Services functions
(preferred)
● Has working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements (preferred)
● Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills (preferred)
● Has experience using HR systems such as Workday, Salesforce, or similar platforms
(preferred)
● Has a legal or compliance-related background or training (preferred)
What you'll do
● Guide interpreters through expedited government clearance processes and ensure all
documentation is complete and submitted on time
● Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, contractors, and interpreters by
providing guidance on policies, procedures, and clearance requirements
● Review clearance documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with
company and government standards
● Monitor clearance progress, track outstanding requirements, and communicate status
updates to minimize delays
● Maintain accurate employee, contractor, and clearance records while ensuring
confidentiality and data integrity
● Prepare and distribute employment verifications, attestations, audit documentation, and
other official records
● Monitor compliance with company policies, employment laws, contractual obligations, and government clearance requirements
● Support audits and recommend corrective actions when needed
● Generate reports and analyze People Services metrics to support decision-making and
process improvements
● Utilize Workday, Salesforce, and other HR systems to manage records, workflows, and
compliance activities
● Collaborate on onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, quality initiatives, and
special projects
● Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance service quality, efficiency, and
operational excellence
● Respond to employee inquiries and assist with emergency or critical incident
communications as needed
● Perform other duties as assigned
Physical requirements
● Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time
● Must be able to remain seated or stationary for much of the workday
● Must be able to communicate effectively by phone, video, and email
● Must be able to occasionally lift or move office materials up to 20 lbs
