Overview: MSR Truck Service LLC:
We are seeking a skilled Tractor Trailer Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tractor/trailer maintenance and repair, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Would like someone with a CDL to shuttle trucks to and from dealers when needed if possible. YOU CAN ALSO STOP IN BETWEEN 8AM TO 5PM M-F AND ASK FOR MIKE OR SEAN TO INTERVIEW ON THE SPOT. 799 N GARVER ROAD, MONROE
Duties:
- Inspect tractors and trailers for damage and wear
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake adjustments, and tire rotations, Brakes.
- Repair or replace damaged parts and components
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- diagnostics to identify issues
- Use power tools and equipment to complete repairs
- Perform heavy lifting as required
- Provide tire services including replacements and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tractor and Trailer Mechanic or similar role
- Ability to weld and fabricate parts
- Proficiency with power tools and equipment
- Familiarity with dealership standards and procedures
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics
- Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks
- Experience with tire services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Willingness to work in a team environment
