Main Street Eshop is a rapidly growing automotive parts distributor specializing in OEM replacement parts, performance upgrades, shop supplies, RV products, electrical components, and our own private label brand, Main ST Collective. About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats. As one of the key members of our growing team, you'll work directly alongside ownership to help shape our operational processes, improve efficiency, and drive the future growth of the business.

What You'll Do:
Operations & Distribution
- Manage day-to-day inventory across warehouse, supplier, and marketplace channels.
- Oversee inbound receiving, product check-ins, and inventory accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse organization, workflow, storage systems, and fulfillment processes.
- Improve pick, pack, and shipping efficiency while maintaining high accuracy.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures as the company grows.
Amazon & E-Commerce Operations
- Manage Amazon FBA demand planning and replenishment.
- Create and coordinate Amazon FBA shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels to reduce stockouts while maximizing inventory turns.
- Support product launches and ongoing catalog maintenance.
- Work closely with our E-Commerce Specialist on promotions, new product campaigns, SEO initiatives, and marketplace growth.
Marketing & Merchandising (Optional for the right candidate)
- Assist with merchandising initiatives and product presentation.
- Support social media content, promotions, and product announcements.
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns, sales events, and new product launches.
Leadership & Growth
- Work directly with ownership on strategic initiatives.
- Help identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and scalable processes.
- Contribute ideas that shape the direction of the company.
- As the business grows, help recruit, train, and lead a future operations team.
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations, distribution, inventory management, or e-commerce.
- Forklift certified
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon FBA preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and inventory management software.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with an ownership mentality and a desire to continuously improve processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple areas of the business.
- Passion for cars, trucks, motorsports, or the automotive industry is a significant plus.

Contract Details
- Position: Full-Time 1099 Independent Contractor
- Location: Auburn, WA (On-Site)
- Compensation: Competitive hourly or negotiated contract rate based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
- Growth Opportunity: As Main Street Eshop continues to grow, this role is expected to evolve into a leadership position with the opportunity to build and manage your own team.

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
