Practice Overview

You'll join an established orthopedic team that includes trauma, sports medicine, hand, and foot & ankle specialists

Incoming practice mix is expected to be approximately 75% sports medicine and 25% general orthopedics

Strong existing referral base with immediate demand for arthroscopic shoulder and knee procedures, ACL reconstructions, and shoulder repairs

Significant physician autonomy with flexibility to expand your surgical mix based on your interests and procedural comfort
Schedule

Typical weekly schedule includes approximately 1.5 OR days and 2.5 clinic days

Average clinic volume of approximately 20 patients per day with consistent surgical volume throughout the week

Shared orthopedic call schedule averaging 10 days per month, including one weekend

Administrative support and scheduling flexibility allow for strong work-life balance

Guaranteed base salary around $670K with total earnings potential exceeding $800K

Candidate Requirements

Fellowship training in Orthopedic Sports Medicine required

Board-certified or board-eligible MDs and DOs encouraged to apply

Comfortable performing arthroscopic shoulder and knee procedures, ACL reconstructions, and shoulder repairs
