Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving organizational culture. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates through effective sourcing channels and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Lead employee orientation programs, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the organization while fostering a positive onboarding experience.
- Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance management systems and regular feedback cycles, to support ongoing development and recognition.
- Coordinate training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills through strategic planning and organization design.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, affirmative action planning, and HR legal requirements across all HR activities.
- Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive work environment.
Skills
- Extensive experience in human capital management, change management, and workforce management strategies.
- Proficiency in HR sourcing tools such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Workday; strong data analysis skills using Excel or HRIS systems for data collection and reporting.
- Deep understanding of employment law in talent management, personnel administration, and regulatory compliance management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively and effectively collaborate across departments.
- Proven project management expertise with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Knowledge of HR systems like Dayforce or Lever for payroll processing, personnel administration, and employee data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in strategic planning, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
