Shift: 3x12 Nights
Duration: 13 Weeks (With Possibility of extension)
Hours: 36/40 Hours/Week
Position Overview
AUTO OFFER We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-performing critical care team. The RN will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment, managing critically ill patients and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and response to treatment
- Administer medications and IV therapies as per physician orders
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for patient care planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (within last 2 years)
- Active RN license (state or compact)
- BLS & ACLS certification (required)
- Strong critical thinking and patient management skills
- Experience with EMR systems
