We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Condominium Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a property management professional who is ready to take greater ownership of condominium operations, financial reporting, board relations, and resident services.
The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers meaningful exposure to senior management, building finances, and day-to-day property operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management and Reporting
- Monitor property expenses, review and process invoices, and maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Analyze financial activity and prepare clear, comprehensive reports, including profit and loss statements, for senior management.
- Support the preparation of annual operating budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Assist with financial reporting and presentation materials for annual meetings and other board meetings.
- Maintain organized financial records and help ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances, invoices, and reporting requirements.
Resident, Owner, and Board Relations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and owners, responding to questions and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build strong working relationships with Condominium Boards and communicate important updates regarding building operations, finances, and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, building staff, and internal team members to support efficient property operations.
- Prepare and distribute building notices, newsletters, meeting materials, and other resident communications.
- Track open matters and ensure requests, maintenance concerns, and operational issues are addressed through completion.
Qualifications
- At least one year of property management experience preferred.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to residents, owners, board members, vendors, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Working knowledge of condominium operations, financial reporting, or New York City property management practices is a plus.
- Experience with condominium or property management software is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
