About the Role
As a Precision CNC Milling Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving manufacturing excellence by transforming raw materials into high-precision components. You will leverage your expertise in multi-axis machining to optimize production workflows and ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex machine setups and changeovers to maintain continuous production flow.

Program and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to achieve high-tolerance results.

Optimize machining processes to improve cycle times and overall production efficiency.

Conduct thorough inspections of finished components to verify adherence to engineering specifications.

Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot technical challenges and minimize downtime.

Maintain equipment performance through proactive monitoring and adherence to operational best practices.
Qualifications-
Proven experience operating and setting up CNC milling machinery.

Strong proficiency in 3-axis and 4-axis VMC operations.

Ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.

Demonstrated success in performing rapid machine changeovers.

Advanced experience with 5-axis VMC programming and operation.
