Responsibilities
- Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring all cleaning processes meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Lead and motivate staff by providing clear direction, training, and ongoing support to enhance team performance.
- Oversee staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluations to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Enforce sanitation protocols and cleanliness standards across all areas of the facility, including industrial cleaning and custodial tasks.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment uses, and general workplace safety.
- Manage customer interactions by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain operational efficiency and uphold sanitation standards.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in custodial work, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning environments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly.
- Experience in managing sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and janitorial or laundry services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with team management tools and techniques for motivating staff and maintaining high service standards.
Prior experience overseeing customer service operations within a service-oriented setting is advantageous.
