Member Duties : The Education and Outreach Associate will help to develop and deliver salmon-related curriculum to students in grades 3-6. They will plan and lead field trips with local youth throughout the year; Maintain communication with teachers to schedule classroom visits, field trips, and associated logistical needs; Recruit and manage local college student interns who assist with school programs; Coordinate community and volunteer activities in local watersheds; Attend field monitoring training workshops and assist with occasional field monitoring.
