Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is passionate about helping clients feel their best. You’ll perform therapeutic, relaxation, and specialty bodywork services based on your training and comfort level. We welcome therapists with unique modalities and encourage you to bring your strengths to our menu.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality massage therapy services tailored to client needs
- Maintain a professional, warm, and welcoming presence
- Educate clients on wellness, self‑care, and treatment benefits
- Maintain accurate client notes and treatment records
- Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and spa‑ready
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth client experience
- Uphold Bloom’s standards for safety, sanitation, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Active Delaware Massage Therapy License (LMT)
- Strong communication and client‑care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
- Experience with multiple modalities is a plus (Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, lymphatic, etc.)
- Weekend availability is preferred but not required
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
