Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and kitchen management to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality standards
- Oversee staff training, development, and performance management to cultivate a motivated and skilled team
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring food safety practices to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Handle cash management, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and daily financial reconciliations accurately
- Coordinate shift schedules, supervise food handling procedures, and oversee customer service to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Conduct interviews for hiring new team members and participate in staff onboarding processes
- Maintain a welcoming environment by ensuring cleanliness, safety protocols, and adherence to brand standards
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management within fast food, casual dining, or fine dining settings with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management
- Expertise in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Excellent skills in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management
- Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively in food safety, food handling, and customer service excellence
- Leadership qualities with experience in team management, staff development, and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with catering operations, banquet services, bar management, and hotel or hospitality environments is a plus
- Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards
