Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Utilize construction management software and project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to develop detailed project timelines and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts for accurate project delivery.
- Oversee on-site activities, ensuring construction site safety protocols are followed and work progresses efficiently.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports.
- Use industry-standard tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Construction management software to monitor project milestones and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards while maintaining excellent communication across all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong background in project coordination on construction sites.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and project management tools such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Schematics.
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site safety procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills coupled with strong communication abilities to facilitate effective collaboration among diverse teams.
- Knowledge of contracts negotiation and administration is highly desirable.
- Civil or structural engineering background is a plus; relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are preferred.
