Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Engage with members in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage POS system to process orders accurately and swiftly
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile cash at the end of each shift
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without sacrificing quality or service speed
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in a private club setting
- Familiarity with POS system for order entry and sales processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with members
- Knowledge of alcohol service regulations
- Experience in retail math, basic math skills for cash handling,.
- Previous experience working in hospitality environment that require multitasking and quick thinking
