Clean and sanitize cages, kennels, treatment areas, and hospital spaces
Maintain laundry and general cleanliness throughout the hospital
Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed
Greet and interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner
Communicate observations or concerns about pets clearly and promptly to the medical team
Uphold hospital standards for safety, cleanliness, and client service
Customer Service Expectations
Treat every pet as an individual and every client with kindness, respect, and empathy
Represent the hospital positively through professional appearance, communication, and behavior
Help ensure clients feel confident and comfortable leaving their pets in our care
What We’re Looking For
A genuine love for animals and commitment to high-quality care
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and cleaning throughout the shift
Previous animal care, kennel, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate
If you are looking for a hands-on role where animal care and client service go hand-in-hand, we encourage you to apply and join our supportive veterinary team.
