Statesman Coffee is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Content Creator to help showcase our coffee shops through engaging photo, video, and social media content.
This is primarily an in-person position. The majority of scheduled work hours will be spent capturing content at our coffee shops, editing photos and videos, creating social media posts, and maintaining a consistent content schedule while working closely with management.
Responsibilities
- Capture photo and video content at our coffee shop locations
- Edit photos and videos into engaging posts, reels, and stories
- Create and schedule content across multiple social media platforms
- Write captions that align with our brand voice
- Organize and manage photo and video assets
- Develop and maintain a content calendar
- Monitor engagement and provide basic performance reports
- Collaborate with management to promote new products, seasonal offerings, hiring opportunities, and company announcements
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for business social media accounts
- Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar software
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Comfortable interacting with employees and customers while capturing content in a fast-paced environment
