We’re hiring an Insurance Account Associate to join our client service team. No insurance experience required — we’ll teach you everything. What we’re looking for is someone who stays calm under pressure, genuinely cares about people, and wants to build a career, not just collect a paycheck.
THE CAREER PATH
Starting Out — Insurance Account Associate — $45,000 base + bonus*
Year 1–3 — Licensed Agent — $50,000–$70,000+
Year 3–7 — Senior Agent — $90,000–$130,000+
*Bonus eligible after 90 days of employment.
THE ROLE
- Be the calm, steady presence clients count on when they’re stressed or confused
- Handle renewals, service requests, and coverage questions by phone
- Follow established processes with precision and care
- Work toward your Florida insurance license within 6–12 months
- Advance to a licensed agent role and build lasting client relationships
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- A background in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- At least one year of steady work history
- Strong attention to detail and a calm, professional phone presence
- Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career
