Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients while ensuring their safety and comfort.
Duties
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans and any changes in health status.
- Document daily activities and observations accurately in client records.
- Support clients with daily living activities while fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently while following established care plans.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be physically able to perform caregiving duties, including lifting or moving clients as needed.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not required at the time of hiring;
TIME: Monday to Friday 10 am to 3pm
