As a Security Officer Patrol Watch in Tampa, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with store leadership and/or emergency services when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrance areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report suspicious behavior.

Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and document incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site protocols.

Support loss prevention and retail operations by reporting unusual activity, assisting with crowd management, and helping to address customer and staff concerns in a professional manner.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
