Zaphire Enterprise, Inc. a sales and development firm, is looking for a Client Service Associate to join our Verizon sales team in Moorestown. The Client Service Associate will work on engaging directly with customers, educating them on Verizon wireless and FiOS services, and helping them choose connectivity solutions that fit their household and lifestyle needs.
The Client Service Associate combines relationship-building, customer support, and sales skills to create a professional and informative customer experience. Through face-to-face consultations, the Client Service Associate will assist individuals with wireless plans, home internet solutions, mobile devices, account updates, and service upgrades while representing Verizon with professionalism and integrity.
Core Functions of the Client Service Associate
- Meet directly with prospective and existing Verizon customers to discuss wireless plans, FiOS internet services, device options, and account features.
- Recommend Verizon wireless and home internet solutions that improve value, simplify billing, and support long-term customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate Verizon smartphones, mobile technology, and home connectivity solutions in a customer-friendly manner.
- Complete device setup, transfers, and activation steps to deliver a smooth, supportive experience that encourages future sales.
- Recommend wireless plans that support remote work, travel, and daily use, keeping the focus on comfort, clarity, and client confidence.
- Participate in daily team huddles to sharpen communication, refine sales techniques, and stay aligned with store goals.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
