We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Mitigation Technician to join our restoration team. This role involves helping homes and businesses recover after water, fire, and mold damage.
What You’ll Do
- Perform water mitigation, drying, and demolition
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Assist with fire, smoke, and mold restoration
- Document job progress in the field
- Maintain clean vehicles and equipment
- Communicate with team members and customers onsite
- Participate in on-call rotation when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Restoration or construction experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license preferred
