Landscape Maintenance Technician
Enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in making properties look their best? We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our growing team as a Landscape Maintenance Technician.
Whether you already have landscaping experience or are eager to learn, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality. We provide training, encourage professional growth, and promote from within whenever possible. Team members who demonstrate leadership and initiative may have the opportunity to advance into a Crew Lead position within approximately two years.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our landscape maintenance team, you'll help keep residential and commercial properties looking clean, healthy, and well cared for by:
- Mowing lawns and maintaining clean, crisp edges.
- Trimming shrubs and hedges to encourage healthy growth and an attractive appearance.
- Applying mulch, removing weeds, and performing other routine landscape maintenance.
- Operating commercial lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspecting, cleaning, and helping maintain company tools and equipment.
- Communicating professionally with customers while delivering exceptional service.
- Working with your crew to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is dependable, punctual, and enjoys working outdoors.
- Can safely operate or learn to operate landscaping equipment and power tools.
- Has good problem-solving skills and basic mechanical aptitude.
- Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work.
- Works well independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Is comfortable performing physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Has experience with landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation systems, or shrub trimming (preferred but not required).

Pay: $18.50 - $24.50 per hour
