This is a 100% door-to-door, outside canvassing role. Because we are partnered with Tesla, you will be offering industry-leading, highly recognizable technology that gives you an immediate edge and built-in credibility at the door.
You do not need prior solar experience—we will train you extensively on the industry and the technology. What you must bring is grit, coachability, and a long-term mindset. We are not looking for fly-by-night canvassers; we want driven professionals who want to build a lucrative career.
This is a strictly performance-driven role designed for high-agency individuals who bet on themselves.
The Compensation: $500 per closed appointment (paid every Friday for the previous week's appointments), plus uncapped commissions. There is zero base pay, which means there is zero ceiling on your earning potential.
